We offer a very flexible service on changeover day. If you arrive early, you can get changed and we can store your luggage while you go off skiing.
Hopefully you’ll have time for a cup of tea before you head out. Likewise if you arrive late at night we will have a hot meal waiting for you. For early arrivals your rooms will be available from 4pm this is to allow your Chalet Hosts to give the chalet a full clean.
We kindly ask all guests to be understanding on changeover day as due to all our guests making their own travel arrangements incoming and outgoing guests may overlap for part of the day.
“I thought I would email to thankyou and say what a great week we had last week. I have to say that having spoke to all our party that it is the best trip we have had since we started some 6 years ago. From our arrival at the airport to our drop off, we cannot come up with one bad point. The chalet was superb, the food was superb, all the arrangements you made were second to none and I must give Ben and Rhi 10 out of 10 for everything they did from cooking to cleaning to making us feel so welcome. Last but not least a big thanks to you for your correspondence and your professionalism before, during and at the end of our holiday, very often once the money is paid the care and help shrinks, however this was not the case and thank you for that'.
