•Wear bootgloves, believe it or not these aren’t just for your hands. They are in fact neoprene covers that fit inside your boots, not only do they keep your feet toasty but they will also keep your boots drier too and stop snow getting into any cracks.

•Keep the core of your body warm, wearing extra layers will mean that the blood will flow to your hands and feet and not just be used to keep your core warm. It will stop your joints and back aching too. A well covered body will keep the chills from settling into your bones.

•Make sure your boots fit properly too, cold feet can also be caused by ill-fitting footwear andcan cut off you rcirculation off too.

•Wear proper socks, don’t wear socks that scrunch up in your boots, they can cause blisters and interfere with how they fit. Cotton socks can also stay damp, ones that are made from merino wool will keep your feet healthier and happy.
