When you enquire about a holiday or book it with us, we will need to collect
certain personal details from you, such as your name, contact details, travel info, special needs/disabilities/dietary
requirements that you have supplied to us, including any information about the
other members of your booking.

ensuring that all other members of your party are aware of the content of our
Privacy Policy, and that they consent to your acting on their behalf in all
your dealings with us.
We will update your information whenever we get the opportunity to keep it accurate
and up to date.

We require the information to
enable us to send you information to make your booking experience as easy and informative
as possible. We need it to process your booking, keep you informed and advise

information may also need to be passed on to such companies that require it to
complete your holiday booking, e.g. transfer companies, ski schools, or the

Emailing you Direct.
We will send you information and travel details
about your holiday, a post-holiday feedback email and e-newsletters with offers,
news and product updates. You will have every opportunity to opt out of such
correspondence but otherwise we will assume you agree to receive such
correspondence when you make a holiday reservation with us. Each newsletter we
send will give you the option to ‘opt out’ of any further marketing
correspondence.
Resale of data
We do not, and will not ever, sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any of your
personal information to any third parties.
Security
We will take reasonable technical and logistical precautions to prevent the
loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data. We ensure that your personal
information is stored on a secure database which is protected from access with
secure passwords known only to authorized Ski Blanc Ltd (and authorized 3rd
parties where relevant eg Accountants). Please be aware, however, that data

personal information, which again will be dealt with and then confirmed with
