If you are planning to go on a winter ski holiday in 2017/2018 it’s best to get booking as early as you can to take advantage of the different offers on travel. We’re lucky in Meribel to be in a location that is accessible in a number of ways. The way you travel to your destination is just as much a part of your holiday as the stay itself, and that’s why we believe you should choose not only the cheapest way of travelling, but the type that suits your group the best.

Travel by Coach

If you fancy travelling by coach there is a wonderful overnight sleeper coach service that departs London Victoria or Dover through Ski Meribel. With a return price of just £169 this Eco Friendly direct service leaves the UK late on Friday afternoon and arrives in Les Allues on Saturday morning. This leaves you with a good solid 8 days of skiing, and you can also bring your skis and boots with you on the coach, a much easier way to transport your equipment than by air, with the inevitable airport delays and worries of lost luggage.

Travel by Car

If you fancy taking the journey at your own pace why not drive to Meribel. It’s around 600 miles from the channel ports and with good motorways all the way through France, until about 12-miles of the resort itself. There are tolls on French motorways, they should cost you about 80€ each way. There is a range of ferry crossings, each with differing prices and journey lengths, as well as Le Shuttle through the Channel Tunnel, that will help you arrive in France in order to make the rest of your journey via road.

Ski Blanc offers transfers to and from Moutiers station. Tickets average at around £100 with the following periods of tickets and sale dates applicable for the next winter season:
