We had such a lovely time at the chalet, we were so well looked after by everyone, especially our hosts who, were happy to help with any advice and kept the place neat and tidy after our chaos!
The food was a massive highlight, we were fed like royalty and catering for all our dietary requirements must've been a challenge but it is so much appreciated by us.
Afternoon tea was a really nice touch as well!
We found the 3 Valleys a great place for our ski trip, and those of us who had lessons with ESF found them really helpful, so thanks for the recommendation.

I was trying to remember how many catered chalets I have stayed in over the years. Probably around 30 is what I came up with. So to feedback that our hosts would rank number 1, is a hell of an achievement. Their friendliness, helpfulness, support, inclusiveness etc positions them above anything I have experienced before.The food, beverages, chalet, beds, linen etc all met my expectations and represented great value for money. I will certainly recommend Ski Blanc to other people and I am sure we will return as very satisfied customers.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Chalet L'Eriine in Les Allues. The 3 Valleys ski area was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring it. Our hosts were wonderful, and we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was incredible and we always looked forward to the fantastic food when we returned from skiing.

We would definitely recommend Ski Blanc to our friends, family, and colleagues. Your hospitality and the cozy atmosphere of the chalet made our holiday truly memorable.

First off a massive thankyou for being such caring and attentive hosts AND giving us the space to feel really at home at Chalet Charmille.
Highlights included getting to know our hosts, they were fabulous. The care given to the food, both for the adults and children, was exceptional..really working with our dietary needs and preferences. Thus is the first ski holiday where we've had such healthy and beautiful presented and cooked food (it wasn't the over filling food we have often had in the past). Having good home made recipes, not the established planned recipes with other companies, was a real treat.
The chalet was just the right size for us and having good space in the living area for children and adults to play in was great. The hot tub was an essential!
We would definitely recommend Chalet Charmille to others..very good value for money.

Can I start by thanking our hosts who were incredible. The attention to detail and their ability to get to know us all individually was amazing. The food was top notch and at no point did we ever have to ask for anything. They are a credit to your business. The chalet facilities were as advertised, and the location was perfect for our trip.
From booking through to arrival everything was arranged for us our party allowing us to enjoy the time away. A very well run organisation. And hope to see you in 2026.

We just wanted to pass on how impressed we all were with our hosts hospitality, the food was the best we have had in 7 years of visiting catered ski chalets in France and the service was exceptional, they made us feel very welcome and were very good hosts (also the best we have had in 7 years of catered chalets).
The chalet was in a great location and thank you for the recommendation of the ski lockers which saved us having to carry our equipment each day.
