‘’Sorry it’s taken so long to write, just wanted to thank you, James and Jodie for a fabulous holiday in Meribel Les Allues. James & Jodie were a delight and his cooking was superb, I am going to try and emulate his Pear & Walnut salad - but unfortunately can’t find his magic ingredient walnut vinegar so it will just have to be walnut oil.

Anyway, thanks again for a great time and will have no hesitation recommending.’’

‘’Please thank Morgan & Sam for giving us such a wonderful first time experience at Ski Blanc. The breakfast was plentiful, the afternoon tea was welcomed and the evening meal was outstanding. They both made us feel welcome and comfortable, nothing was too much trouble and they have the balance between being present and not knowing they were there at times, perfect. They are a credit to Ski Blanc. All your staff that we met were friendly and informative. Everyone enjoyed the skiing and the resort itself was great.
